A wave of departures among senior management is expected at the Israeli software company Monday.com in the coming period, amid an organizational change and a focus on developing an AI-based work platform. According to information obtained by Calcalist, Orly Stern Yitzhaki (VP Product), Sergey Lyakhovetsky (VP Engineering), and Sitvan Amir (VP Product) are expected to leave in the coming month. Lior Zaguri (Senior Director of IT), who worked at the company for six years, is expected to leave at the end of the month. This is in addition to Liron Streichman (VP Engineering) who left in the past month. The departures join a broad organizational change that Monday announced in July, including a reduction of about 20% of the global workforce (about 620-630 employees), as part of a transition to an AI-powered work platform. The company stated that it intends to continue hiring in key areas in 2026. In the second quarter of 2026, Monday reported revenues of $364.6 million, an increase of 22%, and GAAP net profit of $3.46 million. The company's stock closed on October 15 at $94.30, a decline of 36% since the start of the year. The headline promises 'turmoil' but the body describes planned departures as part of a known organizational change.
