The Israeli Godfather found himself under a hammer attack: "They broke the car and beat him mercilessly"

Eitan Khaya's attorney claims that police officers smashed his car with hammers and brutally beat him during an arrest in a traffic jam. According to him, the incident was documented and the police concealed evidence of injuries from the court. His detention was extended by five days.

Eitan Khaya's attorney, lawyer Rotenberg, claims that police officers used hammers to smash the car in which Khaya was sitting in a traffic jam, and brutally beat him and another passenger. According to him, the incident was documented and bystanders were shocked by the violence. Rotenberg criticized the arrest method, stating there was no prior arrest warrant and that Khaya could have been summoned for questioning. He added that the police intentionally concealed documentation of Khaya's injuries from the court. Despite the criticism, no appeal was filed against the five-day extension of his detention. Rotenberg noted that the main evidence in the case is Khaya's criminal record, and the rest of the material is 'gossip'. He estimated that the investigation would conclude by next Sunday.
