Also reported was a 47-year-old man injured after being beaten by IDF soldiers in Beta, damage to olive trees in Al-Mureir, and the arrest of two young men in Aqraba. Additionally, settlers reportedly set fire to agricultural land owned by Palestinians in the villages of Beit Imrin and Jaba, northwest of Nablus. The reports come amid a wave of violence by "Hilltop Youth," raising concerns of escalation in the West Bank and increasing international pressure on Israel. The IDF has not yet commented on the latest reports.
