A massage therapist working at a hotel on the Dead Sea was arrested on suspicion of committing an indecent act against a woman during a massage treatment. According to the suspicion, the massage therapist, who did not know the client beforehand, inserted his hand under her swimsuit several times, and the client responded by crying and screaming. During the detention extension hearing, it emerged that the massage therapist has no criminal record, but a similar complaint was filed against him four years ago and the case was closed without an indictment. The suspect's attorney argued that the client's husband was lying in bed next to her, so there was no logic in committing the act. Judge Or Adam of the Be'er Sheva Magistrate's Court ordered the suspect's detention for only two days, while ruling that there is evidence for reasonable suspicion.
