Hundreds of volunteers from Samaria arrived in the city of Lod today (Tuesday) as part of the V26 initiative and the joint headquarters "Saving the Right" with the aim of increasing voter turnout. Ahead of their deployment in the field, a special briefing was held with the participation of Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan, Lod Mayor Yair Revivo, and Deputy Head of the Samaria Regional Council Davidi Ben Zion. At the briefing, tasks were distributed to the volunteers, and they were sent for door-to-door activity in the city's neighborhoods. Foreign Minister Sa'ar said that this day is about a Jewish state and its existence, and that there are countries that want to impose sanctions and force the establishment of a Palestinian state. Council head Dagan emphasized the special connection between Samaria and Lod since the events of 'Guardian of the Walls' in 2021. Mayor Revivo said that the Land of Israel is developing, Samaria is developing, the settlement enterprise is developing, and the periphery as well. Deputy council head Ben Zion called on people to go to the polls and said that the elections are important for deciding the war and strengthening the settlement enterprise.
