Airbnb announces a change in cleaning rules: Starting November 20, hosts will no longer be able to require guests to wash dishes, strip beds, or run the washing machine. They may ask for used towels to be gathered or dirty dishes placed in the sink. The change comes following guest complaints about long chore lists. Angry hosts: a host from France suspended her property listing in protest, and a host from Canada claims the rules harm the ability to protect investments. Guests are celebrating on social media, with one user comparing the service to 'Motel 6'.
