A poll by the 'Latet' organization published this morning (Wednesday) reveals that 69.9% of Israelis believe the current government has not done enough to address poverty, social gaps, and the cost of living. The poll, conducted ahead of the elections, is based on 495 respondents reflecting the social and religious mosaic in Israel. 64.6% of respondents feel that socio-economic gaps have widened during the government's term, and 42% reported that their economic situation has significantly worsened since the 2022 elections. 81.8% believe that the government's treatment of poverty is a low priority, and 69.5% defined the existence of millions of people living in poverty as a state failure.
