PM: "There are signs that ahead of the elections our enemies will try to attack"

During the visit, the Prime Minister addressed the intensive activity of our forces across all fronts, the recent operational achievements in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, and warned of attempts to harm Israel against the backdrop of the upcoming election period. In his remarks to the pilots and soldiers, Netanyahu detailed the targeted eliminations carried out recently: "Two days ago we eliminated the despicable terrorist who kidnapped Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or. We brought them back, we eliminated him. Last night we eliminated the Hamas brigade commander in the northern Strip. He joined his predecessors, whom we also eliminated. In total, in recent weeks we have eliminated over 100 terrorists, and that's just in Gaza. Of course, we are also operating in Lebanon." The Prime Minister emphasized his firm stance against pressures to withdraw and give up the campaign's achievements, and stated unequivocally: "There are enormous achievements, but there are also enormous pressures, and the pressures are to withdraw, to give up the great achievements gained by the bravery of our fighters. I am not letting that happen, and I will not let it happen." In conclusion, Netanyahu issued a direct warning to all of Israel's enemies in the regional arena ahead of the election period: "And one more thing, we have signs that ahead of the elections our enemies will try to attack us. So from here, from the Air Force base, from the long arm of the State of Israel, I give you a message: Don't mess with us, not now and not ever, our long arm will reach you anywhere and anytime."
