NVIDIA at the top: These are the high-tech companies best to work for in Israel
The Duns 100 ranking by Dun & Bradstreet for 2026: NVIDIA takes first place, Island surprises in second, Microsoft drops to third. monday.com plunges from third to 35th place.
NVIDIA has been ranked first in the Duns 100 ranking by Dun & Bradstreet, which rates the best high-tech companies to work for in Israel for 2026. The ranking, now in its 12th year, is based on research among hundreds of companies and startups, combining data from HR managers with satisfaction surveys of thousands of employees. The big surprise is the cybersecurity company Island, entering the ranking for the first time straight into second place. Microsoft, which held second place last year, drops to third, while Palo Alto Networks and Salesforce complete the top five. monday.com recorded a significant fall from third to 35th place. In the category of startups employing more than 100 employees, Navina stands in first place, and among startups employing up to 100 employees, Kodem Security takes the top spot. The research also points to challenges in the job market: 88% of employees believe that layoffs in their organization were managed with a high degree of transparency and fairness, compared to 77% last year. Yael Belgray Cohen, director of the high-tech sector at Dun & Bradstreet, stated that transparency during layoffs, training for the AI era, and developing the next generation of talent are key tests for high-tech employers.
