Nadav Balila's logistics company is buying an additional 22 dunams (6.5 acres) in the Alon Tavor Industrial Zone for NIS 83 million, or NIS 3.7 million per dunam. The land will host a 50-megawatt data center developed with Doral Energy and Ampa, partners in a similar project at Har Tuv. The site's proximity to the Alon Tavor power station and natural gas infrastructure is a strategic advantage, though a grid connection application has not been submitted and the Electricity Authority has suspended approvals. The companies are optimistic about eventual approval. Construction is estimated at NIS 1 billion or more, with tens of millions in annual revenue expected for each partner. Doral Energy confirmed the expansion; Balila Group did not respond.
