Exclusive interview with Jamison Firestone, a Jewish-American lawyer and human rights activist who lived in Russia from 1991 to 2009. Firestone declares that his goal is to collapse Russia's economy from within, precisely out of Russian patriotism. He explains that he works together with his partner Bill Browder, who was the largest foreign investor in Russia, to seize $300 billion from frozen Russian assets in Europe and transfer them to Ukraine. The two are signatories to the Magnitsky Act, which allows sanctions on human rights violators. Firestone argues that international law permits the seizure of funds as an advance on compensation Russia must pay Ukraine, based on a November 2022 UN General Assembly resolution. He warns that if Putin is not stopped, Russia will continue to take over Moldova and the Baltic states. The interview is published against the backdrop of warnings from European intelligence chiefs about a Russian attack on the western continent.
