The organization "Ad Kan" published a comprehensive preliminary investigation into suspicions of election bribery in Arab society in the elections for the 26th Knesset, held on October 27, 2026. The investigation, based on 488 testimonies from polling station committee members and observers, presents suspicions of an organized mechanism of distributing cash and fuel cards in exchange for voting for Ra'am or the Joint List. According to the data, voter turnout in 128 Arab and Bedouin localities surged from 53.7% in the 2022 elections to 80.28% in the recent elections. Key testimonies come from Rahat, Hura, and Abu Ghosh, describing cash offers of 400 to 800 shekels, along with demands to photograph the ballot slips as proof. The investigation also includes suspicions of using Ra'am's "Al-Muwahhada" app for voter tracking. The report does not determine that a coordinated national mechanism existed.
