Settlers burned two vehicles and a tent in the village of Al-Mughayyir northeast of Ramallah early Tuesday, and attempted to set fire to a house, spray-painting racist slogans on residents' homes. The deputy head of the Al-Mughayyir village council, Marzouq Abu Naim, stated that the settlers set fire to two vehicles belonging to residents Jihad al-Naasan and Musa Muhammad Abu Alia, and burned a tent belonging to Abu Alia. Occupation forces also arrested two children, Mu'taz Haitham Abu Naim and Khaled Aref Abu Alia, both aged 16. Simultaneously, large numbers of settlers stormed the town of Beitunia and the Jeryout roundabout west of Ramallah under the protection of occupation forces, attacking vehicles with stones, raising Israeli flags, and preparing to perform Talmudic rituals at Ein Jeryout amid gunfire from occupation soldiers. The area has witnessed repeated attacks including home demolitions and land seizures.
