Lindsay Clancy has been on constant suicide watch since she allegedly killed her three children three and a half years ago, her attorney told CBS News. Lindsay Clancy has been on constant suicide watch since she allegedly killed her three children three and a half years ago, her attorney Rosemary Scapicchio told CBS News. Clancy "wants to be with her children," Scapicchio said, adding that Clancy walks around all day with the tragedy "in her face" and has horrible dreams. Clancy is due in court on Monday to learn if she will be tried a second time for the strangling deaths of 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, and 8-month-old Callan, which her attorney says occurred while she was suffering from postpartum psychosis. Her first trial ended in a mistrial in September. Clancy is currently held in a state psychiatric facility and was paralyzed after falling from a second-story window the night of the killings. She is suing 11 medical professionals who her lawyers allege failed to properly diagnose and treat her before the tragedy. The civil case, Scapicchio said, could enable Clancy to live independently and gives her hope of saving other families.
