Lebanon's first military investigative judge, Ghada Abu Alwan, issued two arrest warrants against two Hezbollah members in the case of the explosives truck seized by the Internal Security Forces on October 5 at the Dahr al-Baydar checkpoint east of the country. The detainees are Ali al-Kurdi and Haitham Amhaz, and the warrants were issued after their interrogation in the presence of their legal representative, lawyer Maan al-Asaad. The judge also postponed the interrogation session for six other non-detained defendants to November 17, to review the procedural objections submitted by their lawyer. The Lebanese judiciary had indicted 13 people belonging to Hezbollah in this case on October 30.
