Hamas today (Monday) detonated an explosive device against an engineering vehicle of the Givati forces from the Rotem Battalion operating in the northern Gaza Strip, in the yellow line area where our forces are deployed in accordance with the ceasefire agreement. Miraculously, there were no casualties among the forces. This incident joins a similar incident that occurred in early September, when an IDF engineering vehicle hit a Hamas explosive device in the same area, also without casualties. In response to that incident, the IDF struck Hamas infrastructure that, according to the military, was used to advance terror plots.
