Former Mossad chief on 2024 Iranian missile attacks: "We were deterred"

Former Mossad chief David Barnea, in an interview in Tel Aviv, discussed the official video released by Mossad at the start of the war on Iran in June of last year, and the pager explosion operation against Hezbollah elements. He claimed that 99.9% of Mossad agents in Iran have not been exposed.

Former Mossad chief David Barnea, in an interview in Tel Aviv last Thursday, discussed the official video released by Mossad on the morning Israel launched the war on Iran, dubbed "Rising Lion," in June of last year. According to Barnea, one of the reasons he decided to release the video was to protect the agents there, and to ensure that a large number of people in Iran would be arrested, and that they would fail to separate the wheat from the chaff, and eventually release all of them. He added that on the second day of the war, 21,000 people were arrested, and that they should eventually be released because all their stories would be similar. Barnea claimed that 99.9% of Mossad agents have never been exposed and are still living their good lives in Tehran.
