The decision was made following Tzarfati's behavior, which according to Prisons Service sources continued to be bullying and insolent, and she even acted as if she owned the place toward guards. Upon her arrival at Abu Kabir, she was met by YAMAZ fighters, a unit that routinely handles female terrorists. The fighters raided her room, conducted a thorough search, and clarified the required rules of conduct within the prison walls. The move is part of the policy of National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir and Prisons Service Commissioner Kobi Yaakobi, according to which security or criminal prisoners should not be allowed to enjoy "camp conditions" in prisons.
