First publication: Suspect in vandalism of news organizations to be released to house arrest

The decision was made two months after his arrest. The prosecution opposed the release, partly because the probation service did not recommend the alternative and the state doubted its suitability and the possibility of maintaining electronic monitoring at the location. The judge ruled that "the danger can be mitigated" through supervision and the conditions set. To allow the prosecution to appeal, the implementation of the decision will be delayed until tomorrow. Attorney Eran Amrani, who represented Hadi, stated: "Judge Yahav and Judge Doron made a professional decision after three lengthy hearings... the decision is correct under the circumstances. The court added that arrest is not an advance on the punishment."
