First publication: Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara is close to a decision in the investigation into the 'associates of Minister Itamar Ben Gvir' affair in the police and prison service. According to the report, Prisons Service Commissioner Kobi Yaakobi will be indicted in two cases: one, the case of Deputy Commander Avishai Mualem, in which he is alleged to have updated him about a covert investigation; the second, harassment of state witness Lior Avudraham. Police Human Resources Division head, Commander Alona Shoshan, will be indicted for witness intimidation and obstruction of justice. The decision will be made after a hearing. No final decision has been made regarding Avudraham, who is suspected of verbally sexually harassing Shoshan. Yaakobi's lawyers stated that this is another leak and that the timing of the decision indicates the considerations behind it.
