Tropper said he has no solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and that he opposes the establishment of a Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria, citing the lesson from the Gaza withdrawal in 2005 and the events of October 7. He supported strengthening settlement in Judea and Samaria on state land and subject to security needs. On the conscription law, Tropper defined the exemption in the Haredi community as "a moral wound that dismantles mutual responsibility" and criticized the gap between reserve soldiers and draft dodgers. He presented a "service for all" plan with tailored tracks for Haredim. Tropper demanded a state commission of inquiry into the events of October 7 and stated that anyone who held a senior leadership position on that day is unfit to continue in their role, but did not rule out the entry of coalition parties into the next government if they accept his party's principles. He warned against internal division as an existential danger, relying on intelligence materials about Israel's enemies.
