Footage from the scene of the attack at the Yehuda Junction this morning (Friday) reveals the first moments of the exchange of fire. In the video, filmed from cover behind a security vehicle, soldiers and security forces are seen deployed along the route engaging in a gun battle with the terrorists. Intense gunfire is heard in the background, and during it, a Magen David Adom armored ambulance is seen speeding through the scene. In the footage, the voice of medic Ofer Ohana is heard reporting that the terrorists continue to fire for about 20 minutes, and that the continuous fire prevents the forces from evacuating the wounded. "The terrorist is shooting constantly. There are exchanges of fire between the terrorist, this son of a bitch, and our forces, still unable to get the wounded out. For over 20 minutes there has been active fire here from the terrorist," he is heard saying. The difficult incident began this morning when two terrorists opened fire on civilians at the Yehuda Junction. As a result of the shooting, five people were wounded, including two in critical condition, one in serious condition, and two in light condition. After the shooting, the terrorists fled the scene, leading to an extensive pursuit by security forces in the area. Shortly afterward, the terrorists were located and eliminated in an exchange of fire with soldiers of the 101st Battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade. Following the attack, security forces are operating in the area, have imposed a siege on several nearby villages, and blocked routes for traffic. The article also includes a tweet from Ayelet Lash claiming that the security establishment is aware of thousands of weapons in Hebron and is not acting.
