MK Meirav Ben Ari, a senior member of Naftali Bennett's 'Together' party, was recorded at a meeting with voters making an implied criticism of 'Yashar!' party chairman Gadi Eisenkot, in violation of the opposition bloc leaders' commitment not to attack each other until after the elections. In the footage revealed by an i24NEWS correspondent, Ben Ari hinted at Eisenkot's lack of experience, saying the keys should be given to professionals, while praising Bennett's tenure as prime minister.

MK Meirav Ben Ari, a senior member of Naftali Bennett's 'Together' party, was recorded at a meeting with potential voters making an implied criticism of 'Yashar!' party chairman Gadi Eisenkot. The footage, first revealed this evening (Wednesday) by i24NEWS correspondent Amiel Yerachi, shows Ben Ari hinting at Eisenkot's lack of experience, in contrast to the public commitment by opposition party leaders not to attack each other until after the elections. In her remarks, she said: "In these elections, professional people will be needed, a team of doers, who will come in and start working. We will need to pull the wagon, called the 'State of Israel', out of the mud. We need to give the keys to professional people who will simply start working." She added: "Bennett has already served as prime minister, and he was excellent in the change government. This is a dramatic experience." The article notes that the question of who to give the keys to stems from the party leaders' disagreement over the identity of the bloc's leader, and that attacks on Eisenkot may continue until election day.
