Child martyred in Khan Yunis and two homes blown up in Hebron amid escalation of occupation and settler attacks
A Palestinian child was martyred in Khan Yunis from wounds sustained by occupation fire, and occupation forces blew up the homes of two martyrs in Hebron, as the siege, incursions, and settler attacks on farmers and olive trees in Ramallah and Nablus continue to escalate.
A Palestinian child was martyred on Friday from wounds sustained by occupation forces' fire in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip. In Hebron, occupation forces blew up the homes of the two martyrs Ahmad and Hamouda al-Ja'ba in the besieged Deir Baha area, after storming and booby-trapping them. This comes as the occupation's aggression on Hebron Governorate continues for the eighth day, with the number of affected families exceeding 780, including 537 families forcibly displaced, and over 115 Palestinians arrested. The siege has also extended to the education sector, with in-person learning suspended in 66 schools. The Hebron Chamber of Commerce estimated direct losses at between 10 and 12 million shekels daily. In the context of settler attacks, armed settlers smashed olive trees in the village of Burqa east of Ramallah and attacked olive pickers in the town of Beita south of Nablus.
