Bullet discharge in a home in Yavne: 28-year-old seriously wounded by his brother's gunfire

A 28-year-old resident of Yavne was seriously wounded by a bullet discharge in his home. The incident occurred when his brother, a 21-year-old working as a security guard at an educational institution, discharged a bullet from his institutional weapon (licensed) that struck his brother. The wounded man was evacuated to Assuta Medical Center. Officers from the Yavne police station opened an investigation and are collecting evidence from the scene.
