Bennett surges, Lieberman weakens | Mandate poll based on double sample
A 'Hayom' and Kantar Institute poll: Bennett's 'Together' surges to 14 seats, Lieberman's Yisrael Beiteinu drops to 7. Eisenkot's Yashar remains the largest with 23, Likud stable at 21. Netanyahu bloc at 50 seats. The poll was conducted on a double sample of 1,110 respondents.
A 'Hayom' poll by the Kantar Institute, conducted on October 21 and 22, 2026, reveals significant shifts in the mandate map five days before the elections for the 26th Knesset. Naftali Bennett's 'Together' party surges to 14 seats, its highest since August, up from 12 last week. Conversely, Avigdor Lieberman's Yisrael Beiteinu weakens to 7 seats, its lowest in the series. Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar remains the largest party with 23 seats, a drop of one, and Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud is stable at 21. The Netanyahu bloc remains at 50 seats, far from the 61 needed to form a government. The poll, based on a double sample of 1,110 respondents, indicates significant movement between parties: 30% will vote for the same party as in 2022, and 37% moved to another party within the same bloc. The most important issue for voters is personal and national security (26%), followed by the cost of living (23%).
