The accusation came in response to a question from Channel 14 reporter, amid the party's key demands: the Defense portfolio for Ben Gvir and the Justice portfolio for MK Tally Gotliv.

Otzma Yehudit chairman Itamar Ben Gvir directly accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office staff on Tuesday evening of sending messages to international bodies that he and his party will not be part of the next government. In response to a question from Channel 14 News reporter Avraham Hasson, Ben Gvir stated: "There are explicit messages from the Prime Minister's office to the countries of the world." This is a public accusation aimed directly at Netanyahu's inner circle, claiming that behind the backs of political partners, messages are being sent to foreign capitals regarding the future coalition composition. The confrontation comes alongside the presentation of particularly tough opening demands by Otzma Yehudit for coalition negotiations. The party marked the two most senior ministries: the Defense Ministry for Ben Gvir and the Justice Ministry for MK Tally Gotliv. Otzma Yehudit's platform includes a security plan encouraging voluntary emigration from the Gaza Strip and Judea and Samaria, changing open-fire orders, disarming the Palestinian Authority, and raising soldiers' salaries. Conversely, Gotliv's plan includes immediate dismissal of the Attorney General, changing the composition of Supreme Court judge appointments, narrowing the justiciability grounds of the High Court, and canceling the judicial selection course.
