US President Donald Trump is drawing astonishment with unusual compliments about the male appearance of Republican candidates at campaign rallies, particularly Ohio Senator Jon Husted, whose butt he described as "a solid block of muscle." His vice president JD Vance laughed at the remarks. Trump also praised Ed Gallrein, while criticizing the appearance of Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff.

US President Donald Trump is causing astonishment in the American political system after he began showering unusual compliments on the male appearance of several Republican candidates at recent campaign rallies. The main focus is Republican Senator from Ohio Jon Husted, who was appointed last year by the governor to replace Vice President JD Vance in the Senate, and is now running in a special election. Trump repeatedly tells his supporters how he examined Husted's body, describing his shoulders as "steel" and his butt as "a solid block of muscle." Trump's vice president, Vance, laughed at the remarks at a rally in Ohio. Trump also praised the appearance of candidate Ed Gallrein from Kentucky, while criticizing the appearance of Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff, saying he is not sure he is "all man." He also referred to the appearance of Republican candidate in Texas Ken Paxton, saying his advisors asked him not to address it.
