After failing to present evidence: Shin Bet begins transferring materials to police on polling stations in the Arab sector

After days of refraining from presenting evidence, the Shin Bet has begun transferring materials to the police in batches regarding polling stations in the Arab sector, against the backdrop of claims of election theft. The Attorney General requested that they be transferred to a special team including police representatives.

For days, the Shin Bet refrained from transferring evidence to the police amid claims of election theft, and today (Thursday) the security service began transferring materials to the police, in batches, allegedly concerning polling stations in the Arab sector. Additional evidence is expected to be transferred from the Shin Bet to the police during the day and tomorrow. The materials were collected by the Shin Bet, and the Attorney General requested that they be transferred to the special team that also includes police representatives. The organization explained that the transfer is happening in batches because "it takes time." According to sources in the service, "there are processes being carried out and meetings that need to be held so that everything goes through properly."
