Yanai Ratfan, the personal manager of singer Margalit Tzanani (Margol) for the past 14 years, has filed a lawsuit against her for over 3 million shekels. The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, alleges physical violence by the singer, humiliating treatment, repeated demands to lie for her, and wrongful dismissal. Among the described incidents: instructions to evade requests for volunteering to perform for wounded soldiers during the war, and lying to model Bar Refaeli about the reason for not attending a performance. Ratfan claims he was forced to lie on her behalf many times, and that his reputation was damaged among industry figures. He also describes incidents of physical violence, including Tzanani digging her nails into his arm. Ratfan demands recognition as an employee, payment of social benefits and compensation, as well as commissions on performances he secured for her. Tzanani's lawyer, Amit Horowitz, stated that the lawsuit has not yet been served to them and he assumes it will be dismissed.
