A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of running Telegram groups where he traded intimate photos and videos of women and minors, charging hundreds of shekels per user for access to the content. According to the Northern District Police, the suspect pocketed tens of thousands of shekels, and together with other suspects, the cumulative amounts reach several hundred thousand. In addition to the boy, several of his friends and other accomplices were arrested on suspicion of acting alongside him. This morning, dozens of suspects from across the country who purchased materials, fully aware of the minors' ages and that the materials were distributed without their consent, were detained for questioning. The main suspects will be brought for a remand extension at the Nazareth Magistrate's Court. The investigation began following a complaint to the 105 hotline of Lahav 433.
