The Magistrate's Court extended the restrictions on Kfar Saba Mayor Rafi Sa'ar and his wife Mital, due to concerns of obstruction of the investigation. Judge Kedar reviewed a secret report submitted by the police, which includes investigative actions not yet carried out, and extended the prohibition on Mital Sa'ar from making contact until November 5 at 14:00, and her removal from Kfar Saba and its institutions until December 20, 2026. During the hearing, Mital Sa'ar's attorney argued that the police did not provide a list of the people with whom she is forbidden to contact, and requested the removal of the restriction. The judge ruled that if the list is not provided, she may apply to the court. The decisions were made as part of the investigation by the National Fraud Investigation Unit (NIFU) of Lahav 433 on suspicion of public corruption offenses in the Kfar Saba municipality.
