The defendant threatened the boy: "You smile again, I'll break your face," and then threw his cellphone at him and attacked him brutally, breaking his teeth. The boy initially traveled with friends from Haifa to Tiberias, and after they split up, he boarded another bus line with a girl. The defendant boarded the same bus and sat a few seats in front of the victim. After the attack, the defendant returned to threaten and told the boy: "From now on, if you don't show me respect, I'll break your face."
