XTEND expands in Europe with Lavtia's Atlas, adding thousands of robotic platforms to portfolio

XTEND, an Israeli American defense-tech company, has completed the integration of Latvia-based robotics firm Atlas, adding over 4,200 robotic platforms and four operational ISR systems to its portfolio. The move expands XTEND's European presence to roughly 40 markets, strengthening support for NATO and EU partners with regionally manufactured autonomous systems. The integration also introduces AtlasRADIO, a software-defined tactical communications platform, marking XTEND's entry into intelligent robotic components via its Marketplace ecosystem. XFAB Latvia will serve as the European manufacturing and engineering hub. CEO Aviv Shapira highlighted that Atlas' engineering talent and deployed systems accelerate the vision of building the Operating System for Physical AI globally.
