The bank stated that the management aims to reach an agreement for the benefit of the workers and the bank, and that bank services continue as usual. During the protest, workers held signs reading "Bino, without workers there is no Matf," "Matf is the home of us all," and "Bino, you turned out not righteous." The workers' committee chairman, Dudu Dahan, called on Bino to come out of the shadows and take responsibility for the crisis, describing the management's conduct as "predatory." In the past week, the committee has taken organizational steps within a labor dispute, including refraining from registering for work from bank branches, freezing activity in the task management system (Jira), and freezing correspondence outside working hours in organizational WhatsApp and Telegram groups.
