Reservists Party chairman Yoaz Hendel approached Ofer Winter, chairman of the Amcha Yisrael party, with a proposal to sign a surplus agreement ahead of the elections. According to a report on the Kan News broadcast, Winter is expected to refuse the offer. However, Winter does not rule out the possibility of signing a surplus agreement with Itamar Ben Gvir's Otzma Yehudit party. Likud intends to pressure Ben Gvir later on to sign an agreement, despite their negative attitude toward Winter. Meanwhile, it was reported that Naftali Bennett, chairman of the Beyachad party, and Avigdor Lieberman, chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu, closed a surplus agreement between them. This move left the Democrats party for Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar party. Eisenkot was updated before the announcement and signed the agreement with Yair Golan out of necessity, so that the announcements were made simultaneously.
