MK Michael Biton from Blue and White met on Sunday with Chili Tropper, chairman of the 'Bait Tzioni – Miluimnikim' party, against the backdrop of Benny Gantz's political crisis. The meeting raises the possibility that Biton will leave the party, which would leave Gantz with only three MKs. Biton and Tropper confirmed the meeting and emphasized their friendship.

MK Michael Biton from Blue and White met this Sunday with Chili Tropper, chairman of the 'Bait Tzioni – Miluimnikim' party. The meeting, first published by Walla, took place against the backdrop of the political crisis in which Benny Gantz finds himself, struggling to align with other entities in the political system. Among other things, the contacts are encountering difficulty around Gantz's insistence on being first in the joint list. Meanwhile, the political future of other figures associated with Gantz is unclear; according to a report on Kan 11, Brig. Gen. (res.) Dedi Simchi, who announced he would join Gantz, is also considering leaving the party. If Biton leaves, Gantz will be left with only MKs Pnina Tamano-Shata, Alon Shuster, and Yael Ron Ben Moshe. In response, Biton said: "There was a meeting – I and Chili are friends, we meet with everyone and talk to everyone." Tropper did not deny the meeting and said: "Michael and I have been friends for years, and we meet regularly."
