What Israelis think about security and the Netanyahu-Trump summit

A new poll released by Channel 14 has captured Israeli sentiment on security and foreign policy issues. 83% of respondents support a large-scale IDF military operation in Judea and Samaria to eliminate centers of terrorist activity; 11% oppose, and 6% are undecided. 56% believe that campaigns to discredit residents of remote farms and settlements encourage terrorism, 32% disagree, and 12% abstain. Assessing the Netanyahu-Trump summit, 40% called it successful, 21% a failure, and 39% gave no assessment. 57% of respondents consider the funding by political organizations of air travel for Israelis abroad to vote as voter bribery; 36% hold the opposite view, and 7% abstain. The poll is conducted against the backdrop of the Knesset election campaign.
