Wall Resistance: 2,256 Attacks by Occupation and Settlers in the West Bank in July

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission issued a monthly report stating that Israeli occupation forces and settlers carried out 2,256 attacks in the West Bank during July, including 1,458 by the occupation and 798 by settlers, resulting in the martyrdom of 7 Palestinians, vandalism of 440 properties, uprooting of 5,027 trees, issuance of 33 military orders, demolition of 165 structures, and consideration of building 1,128 settlement units.

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission revealed that Israeli occupation forces and settlers carried out 2,256 attacks in the West Bank governorates during the past month of July, as part of an ongoing escalation targeting Palestinians, their lands, and properties. The Commission clarified in its monthly report that occupation forces committed 1,458 attacks, while settlers carried out 798 attacks, most concentrated in the governorates of Ramallah and al-Bireh, Nablus, Jenin, Bethlehem, and Hebron. It showed that settler attacks resulted in the martyrdom of 7 Palestinians, along with 440 acts of property vandalism and land leveling, in addition to uprooting and poisoning 5,027 trees, including 3,241 olive trees. In the context of land control measures, the Commission noted that occupation authorities issued 33 military orders, including 31 orders to seize 831 dunams, most aimed at paving military roads serving settlement expansion. It added that occupation forces carried out 80 demolition operations during the same month, affecting 165 structures, including 88 homes, alongside studying plans to build 1,128 new settlement units in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.
