US Officials Criticize Killings in Gaza: 'They Are Killing Innocent People'
American sources sharply criticized Israel over continued targeted killings in Gaza, claiming they isolate Israel in the Middle East and make it appear "bloodthirsty." According to them, Israel accepted the ceasefire terms, including halting targeted killings, so that Hamas would hand over its weapons. They cited a case where three children were killed. Meanwhile, the IDF eliminated over the weekend the head of a Nukhba squad that raided on October 7, along with other militants.
American sources launched a sharp attack on Israel this evening (Sunday) over the continued targeted killings in the Gaza Strip. The sources said the killings "isolate Israel in the Middle East" and claimed: "They are killing innocent people, this makes Israel look bloodthirsty." The Americans were surprised by the continuation of the killings, since Israel, according to them, accepted the ceasefire terms, including the cessation of targeted killings, so that Hamas would be committed to handing over its weapons. The sources asked why continue the killings and give Hamas an excuse to withdraw, adding that this proves to the mediating countries that Bibi does not keep his word. They cited a case where "three innocent children" were killed, which makes Israelis look "like bloodthirsty savages." According to reports, eight Palestinians, including two children, were killed in Israeli strikes. The IDF eliminated over the weekend Salem Gamel Abdelrahman Abu Lebda, head of a Nukhba squad that raided Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7, and Muhammad Abdel Nasser Muhammad Khatib, a commander in Hamas's Maghazi battalion. Additional militants from terrorist organizations were also eliminated.
