The fans released a video stating: "There are West Ham fans among us, there are season ticket holders among us, and we will continue to support Palestine - we do not agree with the signing of Manor Solomon and we will continue to voice our opinion until he leaves the club." This is an escalation of a previous protest: during Solomon's debut match against Burnley, some fans chanted "Manor Solomon hates Palestine," and the club issued a clear condemnation.
