Nine people, including two children, are still listed as missing. 29 of the wounded are in serious condition, including five children. Among the seriously wounded is a 14-year-old girl who was transferred to Dnipro for treatment. The fire was extinguished around 11:00 PM, but search operations continued through the night. The city declared August 23 a day of mourning in memory of the victims. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called the attack "terror" and promised that Ukraine would respond.
