Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy, responded ironically to Iranian threats during a telethon broadcast, following strikes on ships in the Caspian Sea. When asked about Tehran's reaction, he remarked: "Let them wash it down with cold water. They must be very hot there, and there's simply no water." Pletenchuk stressed that Ukraine does not intend to consider the position of a state directly involved in Russian aggression. He reminded that Iran not only supplies Russia with kamikaze drones but also helped scale up their production on Russian territory and trains UAV operators. According to him, any logistics, transport arteries, and vessels used to supply Russian troops are absolute military targets. If Ukrainian intelligence receives verified information about the movement of military cargo, the response of the Ukrainian Defense Forces will be consistent and obvious. The position of an accomplice state will not affect Kyiv's tactics or actions.
