According to Kushner, the American team positively assesses the results of recent contacts in Moscow and Kyiv and expects further progress in negotiations. The main obstacle to reaching agreements remains the territorial issue. Kushner noted that its resolution largely depends on the development of the situation on the battlefield, which continues to change.
