Two Years Since Alma's Murder at the Soccer Field: 'The House Is Empty Without Her'

Naila described Alma as a special child, talented in many areas: singing, painting, dancing, and basketball. Alma spoke four languages and dreamed of becoming a lawyer at the Hebrew University, Munich, and Harvard. The family chose to commemorate her through initiatives with the Israel Basketball Association and the Yedidut Foundation, and at the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University, an 'Alma Award' is given. Naila said that the commemoration helps her cope with the loss.
