Two stabbing cases in Tel Aviv, Ramle leave three wounded as police arrest suspects in both attacks

In Tel Aviv, a Holon man in his 20s was indicted on Thursday for allegedly stabbing another man at the Royal Beach Hotel on Herbert Samuel Street. Police suspect the attack was motivated by a romantic dispute after the victim entered into a relationship with the suspect's former partner. The victim, also in his 20s, was moderately wounded. The suspect was charged with wounding while armed, and prosecutors requested he remain in custody until the end of legal proceedings. In a separate incident in Ramle's Jawarish neighborhood, a mother and her daughter were stabbed outside their home. The 19-year-old daughter was seriously wounded; her 42-year-old mother was moderately wounded. Police suspect the attack stemmed from a family dispute, noting the family is known to authorities due to prolonged internal blood feuds that have previously led to serious violence. The father, a man in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of involvement. He is expected to appear in court on Sunday for a detention extension hearing.
