Two Martyrs in Gaza Raise Death Toll to 73,335

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, that two martyrs and 29 injuries had arrived at hospitals in the Strip over the past 24 hours. Among the martyrs, one was a new fatality and another was affected by previous wounds. The ministry confirmed that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads due to the inability of ambulance and civil defense crews to reach them. Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, the total number of victims has reached 1,209 martyrs and 3,943 injuries, with 803 bodies recovered. The cumulative toll of the aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,335 martyrs and 174,052 injuries, amid a humanitarian crisis and widespread destruction.
