Tragedy in Finland: 66-year-old Israeli citizen found dead by the roadside

Today, a report was received from the local police that his body had been found by the roadside. Upon receiving the notice, ZAKA's international unit began working with the Foreign Ministry with the family and local authorities to arrange the necessary procedures and bring his body for burial in Israel. Chaim Weingarten, ZAKA's deputy director of operations, said they are accompanying the family and working with Finnish authorities to arrange procedures, aiming to bring the deceased for burial in Israel as soon as possible and with due respect.
