Steinitz added that technological superiority also manifested in the Gaza and Lebanon arenas, but in the war against Iran it became the central component. He described the campaign as unprecedented on a global scale: "This is the first war in world history that took place at ranges of 1,500 kilometers from each other." When asked about exceptional capabilities, he replied: "The truly imaginary things I cannot detail. I assume that in 20, 30, 40 years we will hear about them." Steinitz praised Iron Dome and called it a "miracle," and revealed that Rafael's facilities in the north were a central target for rocket barrages from Lebanon, but no significant damage was caused. He referred to the "Iron Beam" laser system as a historic breakthrough, and noted that it was delivered to the Air Force at the end of 2025 and is undergoing operationalization. In conclusion, he said a word of appreciation to the Iranians: "They are very good in science and technology. We are better."
