The plan to topple Netanyahu from within: "We will absorb the disappointed and replace the government"

Matan Kahana from Yashar! told 103FM that mergers within the bloc do not increase its power at this stage, and estimated that at the moment of truth the parties will unite behind Gadi Eisenkot. He attacked the Likud primaries, claiming that 4,000 Haredi members influence the results. Eisenkot accused Likud members of enabling mass draft evasion and appealed to disappointed voters.

Matan Kahana, a member of the Yashar! party led by Gadi Eisenkot, was interviewed on 103FM and presented the bloc's strategy to replace the government. According to him, mergers within the bloc are a tactic for winning elections, but at this stage they do not increase its power. He estimated that at the moment of truth, the parties in the bloc will unite behind Eisenkot, and quoted him as saying a year and two months ago that whoever is the largest party in the bloc, its leader will be prime minister. Kahana also addressed the Likud primaries, saying they 'do not resemble in any way what Begin dreamed of.' He claimed that Likud has 4,000 Haredi members who do not vote for Likud on election day and influence the results. Eisenkot, quoted in the article, attacked the 'five members of the failure cabinet' who were in place before the war, accused Likud members of 'enabling mass draft evasion during wartime,' and claimed they 'do not know how to lead Israel to victory.' He appealed to disappointed Likud voters, telling them 'you have a home.'
